No More Acne!!!

 I want to share some more really simple things to change to help curing your acne!

 Try to not get your affected area in contact with dirty gear, for example: Keep your towels, pillowcases, sweatbands, hats etc as clean as possible. Every time your skin gets in contact with dirty stuff with bacteria it will get transferred to your skin. You might even want to change it up to two times a week to keep them clean.

Keep your hair clean as much as possible.

Try to avoid hair gels if your hair will be in direct contact with your skin.

It's all just small tips but if you try to make these small changes I really hope that your acne will get better. I have had acne for over 10 years and I have experienced both good and bad methods of getting rid of your acne. The best way for me is to do it the natural way.

Fruits and vegetables are very good for your acne since they are rich in antioxidants. Colorful fruits and vegtables are good for the healing process of your skin. Don't go easy on fruits and the greens=)

Milk may be a factor aswell since it contains hormones that might make your acne infection worse.You might want to try out to reduce the amount of milk you drink in a week. Try this for a couple of weeks and if it doesn't work you can go back to drinking loads of milk again=) As I said earlier, milk may be a factor, every body is unique so just because this works for some people out there it might not work for you.

Fresh air is also good for your skin, try to be outside atleast an hour a day. Doing physical activity will also be good for you.

To change your diet is hard because today everyone want shortcuts, pills or "miracle creams". But if you really try to get rid of your acne in a natural way it will most likely decrease or maybe even disappear. Not only that, you will also feel better. Your body is an irreplacable
